Daily Schedule
6:30 AM - Sunrise Practice
Gentle awakening flow as the sun rises over the mountains. Breathwork and sun salutations to energize the day.
8:00 AM - Mindful Breakfast
Nourishing vegetarian breakfast eaten in silence, practicing mindful eating in community.
10:00 AM - Nature Activity
Guided hike, forest bathing, or nature meditation. Connect with the wilderness around you.
12:30 PM - Lunch & Rest
Healthy lunch followed by free time for rest, journaling, or personal practice.
4:00 PM - Afternoon Session
Deeper yoga practice focusing on alignment, strength, or flexibility. Workshops on specific topics.
6:30 PM - Evening Meal
Community dinner with conversation. Farm-fresh vegetarian cuisine prepared with intention.
8:00 PM - Evening Practice
Restorative yoga, yoga nidra, or meditation. Gentle practices to prepare for restful sleep.
9:30 PM - Noble Silence
Period of quiet reflection continues through morning practice. Honor the peace of night.
Retreat Options
Weekend Escape (3 Days) - $795
Perfect introduction to wilderness yoga. Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. Includes 6 yoga sessions, 2 nature activities, all meals, and shared accommodation.
Deep Immersion (5 Days) - $1,295
Extended retreat for deeper transformation. Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday. Includes 10 yoga sessions, daily nature time, workshop on yoga philosophy, all meals, and accommodation.
Hiking & Yoga Adventure (5 Days) - $1,495
Active retreat combining daily hiking with yoga practice. Trek to new locations each day with yoga sessions in spectacular outdoor settings. Moderate fitness required.
